For 17 years, slackliner Lukas Irmler has dreamed of rigging a highline across Venezuela's legendary Angel Falls and feeling 1,000 meters of open air beneath his feet. To make it happen, he and his crew fight their way through the Venezuelan rainforest, climb the towering plateau of Auyán-Tepui (2,450 m), and discover a world unlike any other – "like Avatar in real life".
